What else do I Offer?


Some extra things/ services I offer:

  • Same day service - for some people & companies, same day delivery can be a make or break situation, in saying that, I still prefer to take a week to make sure I am 100% happy with the final product
  • Do I shoot weddings? - At this stage no. I have not yet had the opportunity to shoot a wedding, So next person to ask me may get theirs for free
  • As mentioned above, each client that asks about the free app, will receive an email after original photos have been digitally delivered, about how they can download their app of their latest shoot, free of charge as a small thank you (photos downloaded from app will be slightly reduced quality but still vastly usable)

Terms & Conditions


  • For each session, payable time is from when I or other photographer/s associated leave their location of residence. This helps cover vehicle costs, fuel, & overhead costs
  • Full refunds only offered when session is cancelled 7 days or more ahead of session
  • Half refunds only offered when session is cancelled 6 days or less prior to session
  • Refunds are not offered if session is cancelled within 24 hours of session
  • Session dates can be changed without charge as long as requested 7 days a head of original planned date of shoot
  • There are no minimum amount of photos required to be presented on delivery date of photos unless otherwise agreed upon

FAQ

Do you limit how many photos I receive?

Most of the time no. There are exceptions for packages that state it outright, or unless there is an agreed amount prior to shooting.

How long until I receive my photos?

In general, I either
a) Same day or next delivery - This normally is at an extra cost but is best option for company's & clients who are eager to get their photos.
b) Within the week - Normally this is regular option people like to choose for delivery time. This gives me the week to perfect the edit to what I definitely like and am happy with releasing.
C) Fixed Time - This option is for a fixed time within either a day or two, and how long spent on editing.
